Very pleasant staff from the cleaning people up to management, which was unquestionably a plus. We booked a king room, it was inviting and quiet.

The room was clean and spacious, with a large shower and Paul Mitchell toiletries, just like the other reviews mentioned. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet any requests. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, including hot items like omelettes and waffles. The hotel also offered amenities like a pool and fitness center, making it a fantastic choice for business travelers or those looking to relax.

The only downside was that the reviews mentioned a breakfast that wasn't delivered on time, getting cold.

Everything was perfect, my next choice again in Verona. I appreciated this hip new hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a sitting area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright and impeccably clean, making it one of the best places we've ever stayed. The staff were not only cheerful but also extremely helpful. We appreciated the bathtub in our room, as it was a perfect addition to our one night retreat. The hotel's location, in an area that looks like a neighborhood otherwise, was also a plus. The breakfast offered a good selection, including a delicious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an English muffin with seasoned cubed potatoes. We also enjoyed having coffee available in the lobby at all times, as well as the delightful brownie bites in the evening.
